- Third offense (within 10 years of previous) - 120 days to 1 year in jail, fines up to $1000, 3-year license suspension, designation as a habitual offender, mandatory ignition interlock device installed in one's vehicle, and mandatory DUI program.
- Fourth offense (within 10 years of previous) - 180 days to 1 year in jail or prison, fines up to $1000, 4-year license suspension, mandatory ignition interlock device installed in one's vehicle, and mandatory DUI program.
